My name is Greg Chastant. I am a hardgainer. Hardgainer is someone who has poor muscle building genetics, and has a hard time gaining any mass. So, I’m a hardgainer, and anything I did to increase my muscle size or weight mass was waste of time, and money (gym, muscle food…). I was fed up being always the weakest and skinniest guy around, so I started to look for quick answer what are the right biceps workouts, what is best way to start bodybuilding and so on… As I said before nothing helped me. I bought weights and lifted them a lot every day. But for my disappointment I didn’t build nice biceps.

Why I made this website?

This website is a project to be honest. A project for my e-course (I’m learning now how to make websites, set-up scripts and other tech thingies). This is my first actual working internet page I have ever created. I chose this topic, because when I was searching for a way how to build nice biceps, get abs ripped quick I found nothing useful. Everything I checked was packed of muscle “gurus” that don’t say anything useful for new guys out there…

I really hope that not only I pass my “first website test”, but I will help some guys out there by telling my story how I eventually found workout program that really worked for me, and got me some results. You can check out my story in the main page (newest post).
