Nice Biceps - A story told by a true hardgainer. All the pros and cons about products I used, and finally one thing that gave me nice biceps without endless weight training exercise!

Hey, Greg here!

If you want to have two big guns instead of your current biceps, then I am very happy that you have found this website and I strongly recommend you to keep reading…

Because I am going to tell you my uncensored story about true hardgainer (that’s me!). All the pros and cons of products I used. I will tell you what stuff didn’t work and finally ONE thing that really gave me a pair of nice biceps!

I used to live with my 3 older brothers. We used to play tough games. Games like fighting, wresting and so on. When I say “we used to play” I mean they were always ganking me. This endless every day execution lighted my passion for training. I wanted to have nice chest, nice back, nice biceps like Arnold Schwarzenegger does. I was so fed up being the skinniest guy around. Where to start? That’s right, gym! I bought gym membership and started to work really hard few times a week at first (with my biceps workout plan that I have made) up, later I was going there all 5 work days. Well… that killed me. I was always drained out. I’ve been doing most of exercises wrong. It was just like “whatever” weight lifting. But this wasn’t the end of my foolishness: I had this brilliant idea to start taking muscle growth supplement. I wasn’t very wealthy, so bough the cheap muscle food. And I was amazed, they made my biceps massive in no time! … NOT! The truth is that they made me sick, I had constant stomach aches, and I could feel how my heart is beating real hard when I started my work out. Gladly I had enough mass between brains to quit on these magic pills early enough, before they did more damage. Well I learned all this stuff hard way (spent tones of time, money for gym and muscle food, and of course damaged myself)… Don’t make such mistakes as I did and visit website (I’m talking about it just below”) to see the right way how you should train in order to get nice biceps!

I started to look for natural, muscle food free, way to build muscle. I hit the Internet, been searching there for some useful information for eternity. All forums were packed by local bodybuilding “gurus” who were very rookie unfriendly and all they could say is “use more steroids!” When I was about to quit searching, I found a website for someone like me – for hardgainers (hardgainer is someone who is having a problem getting any muscle mass whatever he is doing). I thought “I’ll give it a go”. And I am so happy that I had this thought. I could see results in just weeks! I gained strength, my biceps were looking nicely, since I was skinny I could see my six pack in no time too! The best thing about all this is that is completely harmless. You won’t need to eat any mumbo-jumbo magic muscle grow pills, eat any powder or anything. It is all about healthy eating and muscle workouts (don’t think you will need to live in gym, instead you will need to train less than 3 hours per week!). Click here to read more about all these muscle gaining secrets at their official website I mentioned earlier.

The best biceps curls - using these curls skinny guy got quick and nice biceps. Tips how you can build nice biceps using these curls.

This website focused mainly on one muscle group – biceps. From my experience people like this muscle group, because everyone wants to have a pair of huge guns. The truth is you’ll never build big biceps just by doing endless amounts of curls. No, you need more than that. You need biceps workout program, you need to have a system. I used to lift weights all day long too, and had no results unfortunately…

Below you can find best curls and biceps builders:

Barbell Curl – This has long been considered the premier bicep exercise. Grab a bar with an overhand, shoulder width grip. With your chest out and shoulders back, extend your arms fully. Curl the weight up forearms touch your biceps. Do not allow your elbows to drift forward and turn this into a front delt exercise. Instead, keep your elbows pinned to your side throughout the movement. Do not be afraid to use extremely heavy weights on this exercise.

Dumbbell Curl – This is performed in the exact same manner as the barbell curl and allows for greater supination and a more intense contraction at the top of the movement. Remember to flex your biceps hard on the way up and flex your triceps on the way down.

Hammer Curl – This is a dumbbell curl with your palms facing in instead of up. This puts more stress on the brachialis muscle which can contribute greatly to adding inches to your upper arms.

Incline Curl – Lie down on an incline bench set between 45 and 60 degrees with your arms hanging straight down and your palms up. Curl the dumbbells up until your forearms touch your biceps without allowing your elbows to drift forward. The incline position puts a greater stretch on the biceps which is awesome for skin splitting growth.

Incline Hammer Curl – This a hammer curl performed on an incline bench.

EZ Curl - Grab and EZ bar with a shoulder width grip and while keeping your chest up and shoulders back, curl the weight up as far as you can without letting your elbows come forward. This bar is easier on your wrists.

Cross Body Hammer Curl – Stand up straight with a dumbbell in each hand and a hammer grip. Curl the dumbbell up and across your body. Lower and repeat with the other arm. This is also a great forearm builder.

Best motivation and companion in your nice biceps journey is... music. Don't believe it? Without a good music your muscle building workouts will become boring routine.

I bet you don’t want that your gym workouts would evolve to weight lifting routine. A boring routine… This won’t increase your muscle growth process and won’t give you nice biceps.

Many people overlook the importance of good training music and the effect that it can have on your performance. In fact, one strength coach once wrote about how you should train in total silence during muscle building workout because it allows for greater concentration and strength levels. Yeah… right. Sounds like a blast.

I don’t think it will be very fun to train in total silence, do you? Every incredibly strong person trains to the sounds of loud rock, metal, or hip hop. If you see someone training in silence or while watching TV, I can guarantee you that the person isn’t too strong. Music is one of the best motivators I have ever come across. I built my nice biceps listening to trance music, I just get pumped up by good energy while listening to good beat. A biceps workout with good music is more like a party in a club!

I strongly recommend that you put your favorite music while you do biceps workout, or any other muscle group workout. Put something that makes you want to move, gives you a lot of energy, good mood, something that charges you up!
